Is LexoSign free to use?

Yes. Core PDF utilities such as merge, split, compress, and convert work without registration. Free accounts include 20 PDF operations per month; paid plans remove that operation limit and add higher eSignature allowances and premium workflow features.
Are my files secure?

Files are protected with TLS in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Anonymous uploads are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 minutes and are not used to profile you. See our Security page for full details.
What file formats are supported?

LexoSign supports PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG, HEIC, AVIF, HTML, Markdown, RTF, CSV, XPS, and EPUB. You can convert between most of these formats.
Are eSignatures legally binding?

LexoSign eSignatures are designed to align with the ESIGN Act (US), UETA, and eIDAS (EU). Signed documents include an audit trail with timestamps, IP addresses, and a certificate of completion.
What's the maximum file size?

Free users can upload files up to 75MB. Paid plans support files up to 100MB. Individual tools and formats may have lower limits.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your Account Settings. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
