Is LexoSign free to use?

Yes! LexoSign offers a generous free tier that lets you use most PDF tools without registration. Free users can process up to 10 files per day. For unlimited access, larger file sizes, and premium tools like OCR, check our Pro plan.
Are my files secure?

Absolutely. All files are encrypted with AES-256 during transit and at rest. Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 minutes. We never access or share your document content. See our Security page for full details.
What file formats are supported?

LexoSign supports PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG, HEIC, AVIF, HTML, Markdown, RTF, CSV, XPS, and EPUB. You can convert between most of these formats.
Are eSignatures legally binding?

Yes. LexoSign eSignatures comply with the ESIGN Act (US), UETA, and eIDAS (EU). Every signed document includes a full audit trail with timestamps, IP addresses, and a certificate of completion for legal validity.
What's the maximum file size?

Free users can upload files up to 50MB. Pro users get up to 500MB per file, and Business/Enterprise plans support up to 2GB per file.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your Account Settings. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
